Limit of 4 packages per member per show.
• The Official Fan Club gets specific allocations from the venues and we ticket on a first come first serve basis. Tickets ship 3 weeks prior to the show.
• The face value of the ticket is $62.00. There is a non-refundable $25 processing and handling fee included in the cost through The New Cars Official Fan club, if a show is cancelled and your ticket package merchandise has NOT shipped. If your merchandise is shipped at the time of cancellation, there is a non-refundable $50 processing and merchandise fee ($40 for processing/merch & $10 for shipping).
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• You will receive a full itinerary and instructions via email, 1 week prior to the show. Please plan to meet at the venue will-call window at 4:00 pm on the evening of the show.
