Director of Athlete Relations/Marketing
Justin Foster is currently the Director of Football Operations for K Sports, division of Paid, Inc. Current responsibilities include, the recruitment of collegian and professional athletes for the representation and marketing of NFL players.
Previously, Justin was the Associate Manager of NFL Players for Reebok International, the secondly biggest footwear manufacturer in the world. Was responsible for the execution of athlete endorsement agreements with players throughout the league. Amongst some of the players Justin has hosted on behalf of Reebok include: Peyton Manning, Donovan McNabb, Matt Hasselbeck, Ray Lewis, Jevon Kearse, Edgerrin James, Tiki Barber, etc..
Since joining K Sports, Justin has secured Chris Akins (Dolphins), JR Redmond (Raiders), Patrick Pass (Patriots), Omar Easy (Chiefs), and Brandon Winey (Giants), Kenyatta Jones (Redskins), and Antwan Harris (free agent) for full representation. While securing David Givens, Richard Seymour, Tedy Bruschi, Kevin Faulk, etc. for marketing opportunities.
Through his years in the business, Justin has made and established excellent relationships with senior members of the NFL league office, NFLPA offices, and team executives, as well as equipment managers and various coaches and personnel with respective teams in the league.
Justin is a graduate of Boston University, with a degree in Communications. Previously, he attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts. Attended Xaverian with current NFL players Matt Hasselbeck with the Seattle Seahawks, Tim Hasslebeck with the Washington Redskins, and Greg Comella with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
