Kristen Kuliga





Kristen Kuliga is the Principal of K Sports & Entertainment, LLC. Kristen has worked in the sports and entertainment business for the past 10 years. She is one of approximately 30 females registered as an NFLPA certified contract advisor (out of approximately 1,150 registered NFL agents). She negotiated Doug Flutie.s original $33 million contract with the San Diego Chargers and its subsequent restructuring.

Kristen is well versed in the NFL/NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement and teaches about the history and structure of the Collective Bargaining Agreement as an Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at Suffolk University Law School.

She negotiated complex sponsorship and endorsement contracts with companies such as: NIKE, Reebok, MCI, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, ESPN, McDonald.s, MBNA, Sports Illustrated, Sun Life Financial, Motorola, etc.

Kristen (has also) managed events for both NFL players as well as corporations incuding: Flutie Bowl in San Diego; Flutie Charitable Golf Tournament; Omar Easy Dinner Dance; and Eastern Bank Charity Classic.

In the entertainment marketplace, Kristen was a consultant for an entertainment fan management company that managed fan programs for musical artists. She oversaw new client development and has negotiated licensing agreements with artists including; Aerosmith, Jewel, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake and Destiny.s Child.

Prior to opening K Sports & Entertainment, Kristen held positions as General Counsel and Vice President of Athlete Marketing at Woolf Associates, a full-service sports management and marketing firm.

Kristen is a cum laude graduate of both the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Suffolk University Law School. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Shelter Legal Services Foundation and serves as an Officer of the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism. . Kristen has been asked to speak at symposiums including: Sports Lawyers Association Conference; Suffolk Law Sports Symposium (moderator for panel consisting of Gene Upshaw, Robert Kraft, Tom Condon, Jeffrey Kessler); MCLE, and Lawyering for the Media and Entertainment Industries.
